11:10. Lower frame of a forward suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Remove the scenes of the stabilizer of cross stability.
3. Unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening of a back engine mount and the transmission. Unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket to the lower frame. Remove a suspension bracket.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the left lower spherical hinge to the lower lever and take the spherical hinge from the lever. Similarly unscrew the spherical hinge from the right lever.
5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism. Exempt pipes and hoses of the steering drive with the amplifier from fastenings on the lower frame.
6. Check that all wires and hoses which fastened to the lower frame are removed from it.
7. Establish a jack with whetstone under the lower frame for deduction it at removal.
8. Unscrew 4 bolts of fastening of the lower frame, lower it down and take from under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Consider the next moments:
     – use new nuts of fastening of the coulisse and spherical hinged connections;
     – tighten bolts and nuts the required moment;
     – if necessary make adjustment of angles of installation of wheels.
