Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the negative plug from the accumulator.
Forward door
2. If at doors there are any electric elements, remove an upholstery of a door and a protective film.
3. Disconnect sockets from electric elements and brackets of fastening. Remove the rubber condensing ring from a first line of a door. Take an electrical wiring from a door.
4. A pencil or a felt-tip pen note position of each hinge of a door concerning a door for simplification of its further installation and adjustment.

5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an emphasis of a door to a rack (a photo at the left) and remove a rubber cover (a photo on the right).
6. Supporting a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of the hinge and remove a door.
7. If it is necessary to replace hinges of opening of a door, a marker note their situation on a door, unscrew bolts and remove hinges.
8. Install new hinges according to earlier made tags and screw them bolts.
Back door
	9. Open a forward door for access to the socket of an electrical wiring of a back door. Turn a ring of blocking of the socket counterclockwise and remove the socket from a door.
	10. A pencil note position of each hinge concerning a door. Unscrew bolts (are specified by shooters) fastenings of an emphasis of a door to a rack and remove a rubber protective cover. Supporting a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of the hinge and remove a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Forward door
1. Establish a door into place and fix hinges by bolts. Combine hinges with earlier made tags and tighten bolts the required moment.
2. Establish a rubber protective cover on an emphasis of a door and screw an emphasis on a rack.
3. Connect electric sockets. Establish a protective film and an upholstery on a door.
4. Check installation of a door and, if necessary, adjust.
Back door
	5. Establish a door and fix hinges by bolts. Combine hinges with earlier made tags and tighten bolts the required moment. Establish a rubber cover on an emphasis of a door and screw an emphasis on a rack. Connect the electric socket to a door and record its ring of blocking.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Close a door and check its alignment with body panels. If it is necessary to make small adjustment, weaken bolts of fastening of hinges. Moving hinges on a rack, adjust the provision of a door and tighten bolts of fastening of hinges.
