11:15. Pin of a nave of a back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. On cars with ABS unscrew a bolt of fastening of the sensor installed on a wheel and take it from a pin.
3. Remove a back nave of a wheel.
4. Using a G-shaped clip, press a brake hose in the place, the closest to the working brake cylinder.
5. Clear dirt traces around connection of a brake tube to the working brake cylinder. Unscrew a connecting nut and take a brake tube from the brake cylinder.
6. Disconnect a cable of the drive of the emergency brake. Unscrew 4 bolts of fastening of a brake board assembled to a pin and remove a board from the car.
7. Establish a jack under the external end of the lower lever and lift a jack so that the back spring slightly contracted.
8. Unscrew a nut and exempt the coulisse of the stabilizer of cross stability from a pin.
9. Unscrew a nut and remove the spherical hinge of the directing lever from a rotary pin.
10. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of external hinges of the lower and top lever.
11. Unscrew a nut and take a bolt of fastening of thirst for a pin. Remove a pin from the car.
12. Check a condition of a pin and, with defects, replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At installation of a pin it is necessary to use only new nuts. Grease hinged bolts and the surfaces of contact of a suspension bracket with nuts with universal Molykote Q Rapide Plus lubricant.
2. Establish a pin into place, insert external hinged bolts of fastening of a pin to the top and lower lever and a draft bolt. Screw a hand on bolts new nuts.
3. Establish the coulisse of the stabilizer of cross stability and the spherical hinge of the directing lever. Fix by new nuts, tightening them the required moment.
4. Establish a brake board assembled on a pin and tighten bolts of fastening of a board the required moment.
5. Establish a nave on a pin.
6. Connect a brake pipe to the working brake cylinder and tighten a fastening nut the required moment. Remove a clip from a brake hose and remove air from the brake system.
7. On models with ABS install the sensor of rotation of a wheel on a rotary pin.
8. Establish a back wheel and lower the car. Shake the car that all elements of a suspension bracket rose on the places. Tighten nuts of fastening of the top and lower hinged bolts and a bolt of fastening of draft the required moment.
