11:17. Top lever of a back suspension bracket

GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of the lower frame

The internal hinged bolt of the top right lever is specified by an arrow.

RIGHT LEVER

Removal

For removal of an internal hinged bolt of the top right lever it is necessary to lower completely a back suspension bracket and the lower frame (see rice. Removal of the lower frame). It needs to be carried out at the station.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. Establish a jack under the external end of the lower lever and lift a jack so that the spring was slightly compressed.
3. Unscrew nuts, take internal hinged bolts.
4. Unscrew nuts, take external hinged bolts and take the lever from under the car, exempting it at the same time from fastening of a cable of the emergency brake.
5. Clear the lever of dirt and an anticorrosive covering and check its state.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease hinged bolts with Molykote G Rapide Plus lubricant.
2. Install the lever into place, insert hinged bolts and screw on them nuts, without tightening finally.
3. Establish a wheel and lower the car. Shake the car that all elements of a suspension bracket rose on the places. Tighten nuts of fastening of the top hinged bolts the required moment.
